Residents can choose to live entirely independently or choose to take advantage of the many facilities and services offered by Warramunda.

Residents have access to 24 hour security and units are fitted with systems to call staff if assistance is required.

Lawn mowing and general maintenance is included in the low monthly maintenance fee
