Warramunda employs over 90 staff, with low turnover (under 10%) and a commitment to further development of all staff; all staff have a minimum Certificate III qualification or are undertaking this qualification through a traineeship.  Our recruitment is based on skills, qualifications, knowledge, and expertise.

All staff and volunteers undergo probity checks (police and reference). Warramunda has a full complement of HR, staff development, performance management and OH&S policies and procedures.
