Warramunda employs over 140 staff, with low turnover (under 10%) and a commitment to further development of all staff; all staff have a minimum Certificate III qualification or are undertaking this qualification through a traineeship.  Our recruitment is based on skills, qualifications, knowledge, and expertise.

All staff and volunteers undergo probity checks (police and reference). Warramunda has a full complement of HR, staff development, performance management and OH&S policies and procedures. We pride ourselves on our record of recruiting and retaining high quality employees. We actively recruit and develop staff, provide ongoing education through our partnerships in the local region (Kyabram Community and Learning Centre, GOTAFE, Latrobe University Shepparton Campus, BRIT Echuca and Partners in Training) and participation in career and skill development programs, extensive organizational development calendar, access to internal and external expertise to ensure contemporary practice and knowledge, and support for future studies.

We offer flexible working arrangements, a career path, and have implemented innovative workforce strategies to cope with the increased challenge of labour supply in a rural area.
